Welcome to the Hall Family College Football Pick’ems Contest

Rules:

Prior to joining, an entry fee of $15.00 is required.

Each week during the college football season, ten games will be placed on the website on each Monday. Once the games are placed on the website, you’ll not only try to pick the winner of each game but you’ll have to assign confidence points on how confident you are on that team winning. Your most confident pick will be assigned 10 points while the least will be assigned 1.

After you are finished with your picks, ensure you fill out your name and your email address at the top of the picks and hit submit at the bottom. Once you have submitted your picks, an automated email will be sent to you notifying you of your picks. Feel free to print them out and use them to keep track of the teams you picked. If you would like to make a change to your picks, you must submit another entry.

All picks or adjusted picks must be submitted by 11pm on the Friday before the games.

After everyone has made their picks, each participant’s picks will be visible on the Home Page each Saturday. After 15 weeks of play, whoever has the most points at the end of the college football season wins the contest and is allotted the winnings for 1st place.

Second and third place will also win a portion of the money as well which are shown below.

1st Place winner wins 60% of the prize money.
2nd Place winner wins 30% of the prize money.
3rd Place winner wins 10% of the prize money.

If there is a tie for either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, the prize money will be split among the participants tied for that position. For example, if two participants finish in 1st place, 30% of the winnings will go to one participant, and the remaining 30% will go to the other which will make up the 60% of the prize money allotted for 1st place.

Additional Game Play:

If a game has been cancelled / forfeited for any reason and there is not sufficient time to replace the game, it will move to each participant’s one point slot automatically and will not count towards confidence point totals. The remaining picks will move up one slot for each participant.
